Terms & Conditions for Game Development Investment
1. Investment Agreement
This agreement is between the **Game Developer (hereinafter referred to as "Developer")** and the **Investor (hereinafter referred to as "Investor")**. The Investor agrees to fund the development of mobile games for Android and iOS platforms.
2. Profit & Loss Distribution
- The Developer and Investor will share the **profit 50-50**.
- The **Investor will bear 100% of the loss** if the game does not perform well.
- To recover any losses, the Developer and Investor will work together to promote the game through advertisements and marketing.
3. Developer’s Rights
- The Developer retains **full creative control** over game design, mechanics, and development.
- The Developer is not financially liable for any loss.
- If the Investor fails to provide funding as agreed, the Developer has the right to terminate this agreement.
4. Investor’s Responsibilities
- The Investor must provide the **agreed-upon funding** before development begins.
- The Investor is responsible for **bearing all financial risks** associated with the game.
- The Investor cannot demand extra returns beyond the agreed **50% share in profits**.
5. Marketing & Monetization
To maximize profits, the game will be promoted through various monetization strategies, including:
- In-app advertisements
- In-app purchases
- Premium game versions
- Subscription models (if applicable)
The revenue generated from these sources will be divided as per the profit-sharing agreement.
6. Termination of Agreement
This agreement can be terminated if:
- The Investor fails to provide funds as agreed.
- The Developer fails to complete the game due to valid reasons.
- Both parties mutually agree to terminate the contract.
7. Legal Jurisdiction
